The position requires high caliber and commitment with a strong pleasing personality and the ability and strength of character to communicate easily and in a relaxed manner with people from all walks of life and from different cultures.
It is felt that a minimum of 5 years at the position of Duty Manager or above will be required to have attined the right level of experience. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both aviation passenger services and operations. Candidates will have a strong desire to lead and develop a world class team.
We are also looking for Management Trainnes, the ideal person should be
- University graduate level with strong personality
- Previous aviation / ground handling experience an advantage
- Excellent writing and speaking English
- Good PC skills including Words, Excel & Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal & customer services skills
- Able to work under pressure & independently
- Driving licence
