Operations Department
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the station to ensure provision of quality, safe and environmental railway transport services to the satisfaction of customers.
- Coordinate with East Rail Control Centre on train movements to cater for the local situation.
- Handle incidents and accidents; investigate, recommend and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor and check to confirm that activities and operations of station are carried out in compliance with requireemnts of relevant management systems and procedures.
Requireemnts:
- HKCEE 5 passas including English Language (Syllabus B);
- A minimum of 9 years' experience in railway operations, transportation, customer or hospitality service industry;
- Supervisory experience is required;
- Good customer services skill and effective communication skill;
- Knowledge in personal computer operaation will definitely be an advantage;
- Fluent English and Cantonese and preferable with reasonable understanding of Putonghua.
