Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) is moving ahead, expanding to meet Hong Kong's future transport needs. Finance and Management Services Division
Responsibilities:
- Participate in system development projects including preparation of system documents, program design and coding, testing and system installation.
- Responsible for system support and maintenance activities including 24-hour standby support when necessary.
- Work with external software vendors to resolve work issues during execution of the project tasks.
- Liaise with internal users to complete the assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; and a minimum of one year relevant experience;
- Solid experience in any or a compbination of the followings:
- System development experience in multi-tier client/sever environment;
- MS .Net, SQL Server, Visual Basic and Crystal Report;
- MS Site Server and MS Transaction Server;
- SAP/R3 applications and ABAP programming.
- Preferably with Internet/Intranet application development working experience.
The remuneration package will be commensurate with your experience and qualification. Successful candidate will initially be offered fixed-term contract of employment which is renewable upon mutual agreement between the Corportion and the individual.
