We are La Mer, a revolutionary upscale skincare line which is a majory player in the prestige cosmetics industry is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position:
Reporting to the Brand General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the retail operations of the exclusive La Mer counters. Train, direct and motivate the La Mer Consultants to ensure professional service is delivered as well as to achieve set targets.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years retail management experience with a successful track record and a passion for excellence
- Sales driven, proactive and responsible
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communciation skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin speaking an advantage
- Willingness to work behind the counter and able to perform under pressure
- Cosmetics background a definite advantage
