ICEA Finance Holdings Limited is an investment banking joint venture of The Industrial & Commercial Bank of China and The Bank of East Asia. We are looking to recruit high-calibre individual to join us:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance reviews including branch visit
- Deal with staff licensing matters in HK in relation to SFC, SEHK, and HKFE
- Conduct training in regulatory matters
- Promote compliance awareness
- Perform company secretarial duties, etc
Requirements:
- Qualified accounts or equivalent
- With at least 5 years' solid experience in handling compliance matters within an investment banking or securities brokerage environment of which 2-3 years SFC regulatory experience is preferred
- Mature, energetic, self-motivating and independent
- Proficient in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Hands-on experience in PC skills including MS Word and Excel, Chinese Word processing is an added advantage
