K. Wah Real Estates Company Limited, a member of the K. Wah Group, is renowned for its unique strength and reputation in quality property development and related services. To cope with our expansion in the coming years, we are now looking for:
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the incumbent is responsible for:
- To direct and supervise the legal related activities ensuring they are in the best interest of the Company
- To provide legal advice and interpretation to the Management
- To safeguard all practices are in compliance with regulatory requiremenets
- To set up internal control legel procedures and policies
- To draft and vet legel contract and documents
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor
- Minimum 8 years' post-qualification legal experience specializing in conveyance and commercial areas gained from major legal firms
- Prior experience as an in-house counsel would be a definite asset
- Well versed in international law
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with good business acumen
- Well-versed in MS Office applications
- Able to work under pressure and independently
