K. Wah Real Estates Company Limited, a member of the K. Wah Group, is renowned for its unique strength and reputation quality property development and related services. To cope with our expansion in the coming years, we are now looking for:
Responsibilities:
- To oversee a substantial number of building developments from land acquisition to project completion including design evaluation, contract negotiation, value enhancement, project planning and overall administration
- To coordinate and effectively supervise a professional team including architects, Q.S. consultants, E & M consultants and structural engineers in respect of the overall design of building and building services
- To supervise site works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and drawings
- To carry out works in accordance with approved budget / programme and adheres to cost minimization, quality control and time control
Requirements:
- HKIA / ARIBA / ARICS or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' post qualification proven experience in property development and project management preferably gained in consultant firms and developers
- Well-versed with Building regulations and possesses practical knowledge of legislation and government policies affecting property development
- Conversant in the knowledge of various kinds of building and finishing materials and their applications
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Business minded, creative in thinking, ready to accept challenges
