BUPA, Hong Kong's leading health insurer, is looking for an Advisor, Case Management
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor appropriateness of medical treatments to ensure the clients receive excellent services from healthcare providers
- Handle medical claims efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate and negotiate with clients and medical professionals
- Handle enquiries from extermal and internal customers
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree older in medical releted discipline
- Knowledge on medical terms and clinical managements in a spectrum of specialties
- Attention to details
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese
- Good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills with customer oriented attitude
- Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in computer operation, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Email
