The services and advice of a Chief Legal Officer, reporting to the Director for Legal Affairs, heading the Legal Affairs Department of a Multinational Group of Companies headquartered at Hong Kong, with operations in 128 countries. In general, this post will have Senior Legal Officers and Legal Officers reporting to the successful candidate who will be assigned at Hong Kong, where there are tax advantages. Must be senior, with preferred barristerial and/or judiciary experience. Perhaps, suitable for a former Justice or adjudicator of the Judiciary with Criminal and Commercial litigation experience. Former governemtn investigation experience would also be helpful. A current paid up practicing certificate will not be required so long as sufficient academic redentials can be produced.
