Peak is a leading supplier of precision engineered packaging products for the storage, transportation and automated handling of semiconductor devices and other electronic components. We are URGENTLY looking for the right candidates to fill the below position.
Job Descirption:
Oversee Quality Orangization for a multinational public company, which supplies plastic packaging solutions to the semiconductors, computer peripheral, medical and consumer electronics industries. Current internal quality work force is 230 employees strong.
Ensure continuous improvement in product quality, services, and overall customer satisfaction by enhancing a proactive quality process through extensive communications with our Sales, Engineering, Material processing, Manufacturing internal organizations as well as our suppliers and customers.
Home base for this position will be in Shenzhen China where our factory is located and will require frequent travel to support customer requirements mainly in Asia but from time to time there will be travel required to Europe and the Us.
We are certified in ISO 9002, 14000 and QS 9000 Quality Standards.
This position is the Top Quality executive position in the Company and will report directly to the President. Final candidate will be working very closely with the Sales Exeucitves, Operations Executives, Engineering Heads, and President.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- 10 years management experience preferably in a Quality Management Role
- Mechanical Engineering background and / or Degree is preferred
- Experience dealing with precision plastic injection molding is preferred
- Experience dealing with Computer peripheral and Semiconductors OEMs is preferred
- Extensive customer management experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of ISO and QS quality standards is required
- Strong communication and teaching skills are a requirement
- Strong statistical control skills are a requirement
- Strong design of experiment skills are preferred
- Proactive quality approach is required
- Strong team work skills are preferred
