You will be responsible for delivery quality customer service, providing professional advice to life insurance policyholders and follow up procedure for customer retention. Working at the service centre, you will contact our clients via telephone or serve walk-in clients. No outdoor client visiting is required.
Requirements:
- F.7 or above. Pass in HQAS Paper 1, 3 & 5
- At least 2 years' life insurance selling experience with good sales skills training is a MUST. Experience from sizeable life insurance companies preferred
- Experience in telemarketing for insurance and financial products is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated, result-oriented and like challenges
