Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze and evaluate risks of treasury/investment products and their deal structures
- Formulate policies, control mechanisms and procedures for all treasury/investment products
- Review documentation and control the documentation process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and internal requirements
- Strictly monitor and control all types of limits, market and volatility risks and mark-to-market prices on all holdings; and keep track of off-premises trades
- Monitor all up-to-date information on credit ratings/standing/financials and all trades are properly and timely inputted
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Law or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years' solid experience in legal, compliance or regulatory body in investment products
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, different investment products and documentation standards is a must
- Sound knowledge and exposure in treasury, foreign exchnage, money market, secruitites as well as remittance
- Experience in sophisticated treasury system such as Kondor plus is a definite advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
