Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits (Ref: SACB)
Hong Kong Disneyland is a joint development by the Hong Kong SAR Government and The Walt Disney Company.

Hong Kong Disneyland will be designed to transport guests into a world of imagination, fantasy and adventure. It will bring together the best of the rides, shows and attractions from Disney Parks around the world to create a mix of new traditional Disney entertainment experiences.

We are now seeking high caliber individuals to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities
- Provide funational expertise and assist with strategic direction for the Compensation & Benefits fuctions
- Develop competitive compensation and benefitsplans/programs for all levels and positions within HKDL
- Ensure that all C&B programs are competitive, equitable, cost effective and aligned to support HKDL objectives
- Design, coordinate, implement career ladders, job coding, and job titling to ensure market relevance and consistency
- Provide proactive analysis on relevant labor market issues necessary to support management decision making
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits planning processes

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Extensive exposure in the C&B area with HK market focus preferred
- Knowledge of market surveying & benefits formulation techniques
- Good understanding of relevant legal ordinances
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
