General Manager, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel (Ref: GMH)
Hong Kong Disneyland is a joint development by the Hong Kong SAR Government and The Walt Disney Company.

Hong Kong Disneyland will be designed to transport guests into a world of imagination, fantasy and adventure. It will bring together the best of the rides, shows and attractions from Disney Parks around the world to create a mix of new and traditional Disney entertainment experiences.

We are now seeking high caliber individuals to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation of Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel
- Direct responsibility for all Rooms and Related departments including front office, housekeeping and recreation
- Management of other hotel operations takes place in conjunction with the resort wide line of business leaders (Food and Beverage, Merchandise, Facility Engineering, etc.)
- Monitor the financial performance for all departmental revenue and expenses. Be able to manage strategically in order to meet both short and long term financial expectations
- Provide leadership and build up the hotel cast team to deliver a world class Disney guest experience

Requirements
- 15+ years experience in the hotel industry
- Extensive experience in hotel management with exposure to all lines of business
- Strong relationship skills consistent with the extensive amount of personal interaction that will take place with guests and cast
- Strong perspective of superior guest service and be able to lead a diverse team of cast members to deliver such standards
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese preferred
