We are a Hong Kong-based Group that specialises in property, construction and contruction materials, with substantial business operations also in the Mainland. We are looking for a high calibre person to fill the following position.
Reporting to the Chief Economist, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting industry study, market analysis and feasibility evaluation of investment projects. In addition to desk and field research in support of the Group's business developments needs, the incumbent will be responsible for undertaking research on economic and policy issues affecting business environment in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
Ideal candidates should have a good University Degree in Economics or Business Administration with around 5 years relevant experience as research analyst or consultant. Good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) are prerequisites. Knowledge of financial modeling and project evaluatio would be required.
