Funing Property Management Limited
One of the leading property management company is looking for an experienced Estate Manager (Maintenance) to head the maintenance team under the estate management contract with the Housing Authority. The applicant should be independent, hardworking, with solid technical background and a practicing member of the following professional institutions with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in building maintenance in Hong Kong:
- The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Disciplines)
- The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers
- The Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (Building or Quanity Surveying Division)
- The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Building or Quantity Surveying Division)
- The Hong Kong Institute of Architects
- The Royal Institution of British Architects
