We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join us as:
Immediate vacancy available in our Management Services Business Line. This role will require exceptional organization and prioritization skills, high levels of flexibility, determination, attention to details and a good understanding of property, building and/or tenancy management. He/she will be in charge of day-to-day management of property portfolio.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in real estate, building management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in sizable property services company with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Excellent client servicing skills and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
- Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents Licence a definite advantage
