First Shanghai Investments Limited, a public listed Company engages in stockbroking business in Hong Kong and investment business in Mainland China is looking for an experienced professional to fill the following position:
- Ensure the business operation is in compliance with relevant legislation and internal rules and regulations
- Design, implement and enforce an effective compliance mechanism
- Provide legal advice on PRC investment projects
- Well versed with SFO and relevant rules and codes
- University graduated in Law/Accountancy, legal background preferred
- At least 5 years solid experience in securities house with corporate finance operations
- Self-motivated, well organized and good interpersonal skill
