Career path in retail operation management
FANCL is going to offer career opportunity for a number of high caliber & dynamic young executives to join the retail operation team. After going through 2 years systematic and focused training in the retail outlets, the trainees wil be offered retail management positions and eventually take up regional management role in retail operation.
- University graduates, major in business management, hospitality & tourism or social sciences
- Min. 2 years work experience, preferably with exposure in retail or service industry
- Outgoing and sociable personality is essential
- Creative and innovative mindset to cope with the rapid changes in retail business
- Passion for customer service and retail environment
- Good proficiency in both Chinese and English languages, fluent Putonghua is an advantage
