Due to the recent roll-out of Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOA) in the US, we are seeking professionals to assist clients to strengthen internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting in order to comply with Section 404 requirements. Ideal candidates will be:
- CPA or equivalent, with Big-4 training and a University degree
- Minimum 8 years industry experience. Applicants with over 10 years experience and possess proven team lead capability will be considered for project manager role
- Solid regional expertise in the internal audit function or indepth accounting/controller experience, thorough understanding of the accounting cycles, capable to determine risk areas and identify control procedures
- Proficient writing skills and strong knowledge on mapping/documentation of policies/procedures
- Cross-cultural, mature with strong people skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English plus abilities of an additional Asian language
- Travel within the region is highly anticipated. Immediately available preferred
