Reporting to AVP, Agency Development, the incumbent is responsible to lead and develop Agency Communication Platform project, develop and design necessary tools for selling and recruitment for different level of agents, provide training and support to individual agent for basic IT needs. He / She will coordinate for internal departments regarding IT related issues that may impact agency force.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing
- At least 3 years experience in IT related function in Life Insurance field
- Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills especially with agency force of all level
- Sound project management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Highly independent with creativity
