Reporting to Senior Manager, Project Management & Customer Service, the incumbent is responsible to manage the customer service center to serve customers and distributor's enquiry and service requests. Handle customer complaints from all channels, including carrying out investigation and liaise with all related parties and perform business retention. He / She will also responsible to organize special projects and develop program for the customer service function enhancement.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years customer service experience in a management capacity in the insurance industry
- Customer focused and quality management oriented
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly independently with strong sense of urgency
