Reporting to Senior Manager, Distribution Training & Development, the incumbent will be responsible to transform agent to be a professional financial planner and obtained required accreditation and licensing in a set time frame. He / She will develop the procedures and systems of accreditation of ChFP for agents and agency manager, set up investment training strategy & processes, provide analysis of training performance and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in finance or related discipline
- Pass in all papers in IIQE
- Obtain CFP and FLMI is desirable
- Solid 5 years experience in agency training with at least 2 years in investment training and 3 years in conducting licensing training
- Proven success record with prominent insurance company
- Professional presentation and training delivery skills
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Good time management, creative, customer focused and positive thinking
