Financial Planning Manager

We have the single portfolio of customers in the Hong Kong personal banking sector. To these customers our Financial Planning Managers can bring an extensive and innovative range of insurance and investment products. In return we provide a competitive base salary and uncapped sales bonuses, which means that a majority of our Financial Planning Managers double their income in their second year with us.

With the exceptional training that we provide, those who over-achieve sales targets and acquire CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Qualification can gain automatic promotion to the highest level.

As a Financial Planning Manager with HSBC you will receive customer referrals from our extensive branch network but also be expected to develop customer relationships of your own.

You will than gain an understanding of your customers' financial needs and provide them with tailor-made financial services so that you can recommend a range of alternative products for them to choose from. Your ultimate aim will be to develop close, long-term and profitable customer relationships.

Previous insurance sales experience will be ideal, but you proven sales track record may have have been gained in another business area.

You must have the enthusiasm and motivation to succeed, the persistence and persuasive sales skills to meet sales targets and the aspiration to develop a career in financial planning.
