THE DUTY LAWYER SERVICE
Applications are invited for the following post:
Duties include:
(c) Interview clients eligible for the legal representation service under the Scheme and the acceptance of instructions for the duty lawyer's reference,
(d) Assist lawyers in court attendances.
Qualifications:
(d) Degree holder
(e) High proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
(f) knowledge of any Chinese dialect apart from Cantonese will be an advantage
Salary:
Salary will start at HK$17,100- per month.
Fringe benefits include contributory Provident Fund, Medical Insurance (covering dependants as well) and 14 days paid leave per annum.
Appointment will be made on fixed term contract basis for 12 months from date of commencement of employment, renewable subject to funding and other conditions.
