Trading company listed overseas is offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional for its well-established Hong Kong office with a view to further expanding in China.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the managing director
- to oversee the operation of the finance, accounting and treasury functions
- to provide timely financial reporting, budgeting and analytical management information
- to be a team member in formulating operational / marketing strategies for China expansion
- to co-ordinate commercial / legel contracts and related documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder and a qualified accountant
- At least 10 years experience in accounting and financial functions / corporate finance; familiar with HKG / PRC government regulation and practice, few years of solid station China experience in trading business preferred
- Sound knowledge of technical accounting particularly IAS, UK GAAP and China tax essential
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in spoken Mandarin required, other dialect an advantage
- Possess integrity, excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, good analytical skills and hardworking
