- University / College graduate
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill
- Possess outgoing and pleasant personality
- Possess public relation and licensing experience preferable
- Hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as application of Building Officer or Assistant Building Officer
