- B.Sc. in Engineering
- Min. 10 years solid experience in building construction, preferably related to PRC jobs
- Ability to handle projects independently from sketch to final completion including project planning, negotiation with contractors, site co-ordination and administration
- Ability to interact with project management team and other Engineering Disciplines
- Responsible for meeting the cost, quality and schedule requirement
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skill
