We are now inviting high caliber candidates for our Management Trainees - Corporate in Hong Kong operation.
You will:
- undergo an intensive 2 years' training program to build your knowledge and skills for present and future organizational needs
- gain a variety of knowledge and all-round exposure by being placed in and rotated to different departments
- be groomed to assume substantive roles within the company
Your prospects:
- subject to the competency assessment and your performance result, you will be able to participate in further management development and succession planning programs
You should be:
- HKID Card Holder
- fresh Bachelor Degree or Post-graduate Degree holder with outstanding academic achievements
- outgoing and independent with excellent interpersonal skills
- excellent in both spoken and written English & Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin a definite advantage
