Racing Museum Officer Ref: RMO
The Racing Museum displays an entertaining and educational collection of exhibits on the history and current operations of horse racing and the Club's charitable role in Hong Kong.

You will co-ordinate and work with internal and external parties to develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing activities to further racing museum's objective in line with approved Corporate plans. In addition, you will handle marketing projects related to racing museum programs and tours, research and production of museum exhibits and literature, educational and promotional programs/events to increase awareness and exposure of the racing museum.

You will oversee the daily operation of racing museum and the upkeep of museum exhibits, implement retail promotional activities to increase turnover. You will also assist in developing an optimal merchandise mix for gift shop, co-ordinate guided tour operations and guide tours if necessary and provide excellent customer service to visitors. You may need to work on weekends and public holidays

You should have:
- Diploma preferably in Marketing or Business discipline
- 4 years experience in marketing with operational experience. Museum experience an advantage but not essential
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently
- strong analytical and co-ordination skills with high numerical acumen
- good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to converse in Putonghua an advantage
- hands-on experience in MS applications

The level of appointment will be comensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
