A well-established group company with diversified business is looking for an experienced and proven professional to manage its business operation in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Director, the appointee will take up full responsibilities for managing the group companies' real estate portfolio as well as other related business operations in Hong Kong. S/he will establish marketing strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets and be assertive in identifying business opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in business discipline
- A minimum of 10 years related experience, with at least 5 years at senior managerial or general management position
- Experience with business development is an asset
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, strong business sense and analytical mind
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
