Li & Fung (Retailing) Ltd, one of the largest retail groups based in Hong Kong, operating chain stores under such well-known trade names as Circle K and Toys"R"Us, invites caliber professionals to apply the following post:
You will be responsible for liaison wiht landlords, property developers / owners and estate agents in acquiring suitable sites for retail outlets, reviewing tenancy agreement and handling leasing matters including independent correspondence etc.
You should be a University graduate with over 6 years' solid experience working with property developers or estate agents and handling tenancy matters. Supervisory experience is preferred. Proficiency in using MS office is required. Excellent in negotiation & interpersonal skills and capable of handling independent letter correspondence is essential. You need to be mature, responsible, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
We offer 5-day week and competitive salary to the right candidate.
