To cope with the expansion of our life insurance business in China and emerging markets and to further develop our talent pool to support and sustain our businesses in the Southeast Asia region, we are inviting dynamic individuals to join our Management Associates Program.
Successful candidate will undergo a series of training and development activities to equip themselves with management knowledge and AIG culture. This candidate will have tremendous opportunities to work on various company projects and human resources initiatives in order to be developed as all-round human resources professional.
Qualified applicant should be a degree holder, preferably with MBA plus a minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience in multinational corporations. He/she should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is expected. Conversant with Putonghua would be an advantage. The applicant should be well prepared to work in a fast pace environment and be willing to relocate within the region to address the business needs of the Group.
