| Direct Mail Fundraiser (Fundraising Unit) |

Oxfam Hong Kong is a member of Oxfam International and an independent development and relief agency based in Hong Kong working with poor and disadvantaged people in Asia and Africa. We are recruiting the following staff member to join our anti-poverty work:
S/He is required to perform all tasks related to direct mailing, plan and implement all direct mail campaigns which include strategy development, list acquisition, in-house list anlaysis with IT support from internal staff. Besides, s/he is responsible to monitor and work with in-house writers, designers as well as outside agencies for all production and gets involved in developing and implementing advertising strategy. S/He also has to participate in regular planning and evaluation within the unit and support agency's fundraising events and emergency appeals.
The successful candidate MUST have the following qualifications:
- A university degree preferably in Marketing and with at least 3-year work experience related to Direct Mailing or Advertising
- Work experience in copywriting and spoken both English and Chinese
- A good command in written and spoken both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in using computer software especially Chinese word proecssing
- A keen interest in development issues would be preferred
