Lead a phone banking team to provide high quality service to attain customer satisfaction and high productivity. Ensure achievement of pre-defined service level through effective resources planning, performance monitoring and compliance of Credit Card operations with the bank's operational guidelines and external regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 8 years' relevant experience in banking / credit card industry with 3 years in managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of call centre / consumer banking operations as well as compliance issues
- Good communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Willingness to work on shift hours
