FANCL is the largest company in Japan for selling non-additive and non-preservative skin care and food supplement products. The brand was introduced to Hong Kong in 1996. Today, FANCL is renowned for its excellent customer service and effective marketing strategies in Hong Kong. FANCL currently has 26 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau.
The incumbent has to manage a CS team that handles the hotline for the daily enquiries of the FANCL customers on their purchases of skincare and health supplement products and takes care the after sales services.
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Building Services
- Min. 5 years experience in shop or estate maintenance supervision is preferred
- Expertise in HVAC maintenance & improvement plans
- Exposure in shop renovation projects is an advantage
- Good time and resources management
Candidate with less experience will be considered for CS Supervisor position.
