A leading International Construction Company is urgently seeking for high calibre and experience professionals to join us.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate both commercial and strategic value of business opportunities
- Assist senior management in identifying, assessing and acting on new business development opportunities in the region
- Formulation, implementation and proposing of new business plans and strategies for getting new business
- Execute, manage and monitor business development activities
- Analyze existing business activities and identify further business opportunities
- Assess market dynamics and competitive situation
- Identify potential partners for new business opportunities
Requirements
- Have regional construction industry exposure in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China is an advantage
- Good experience in pre-qualification and tendering procedures (for both government and private client)
- Strong market network connection
- Self-motivated, analytical
- Strong interpersonal skill & be customer-oriented
- Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
