Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.
As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Assistant Clubhouse Manager at the Happy Valley Clubhouse. You will also handle incoming calls and enquiries, liaise and follow up with section heads and other departments on catering-related issues, collect required information for reports / meetings / projects, and co-ordinate production and printing of menu. You should have:
- Form 5 standard preferably with certificate in Hotel and Catering Management
- one year experience in administrative role
- good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- hands-on experience of using MS Office application
An initial 2-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate with an option for renewal subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
