Job Responsibilities:
- To act as a Portfolio Manager in the Listing Division responsible for regulating listing rule compliance including the review and approval of listing documentation
- To supervise junior staff and be responsible for their training and coashing
- To provide advice on how the Listing Rules apply to companies and their advisers
- To provide assistance in policy development projects
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyers/accountants or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 8 years working experience in corporate finance, investment banking or related field
- A good understanding of the secruities market and working knowledge of the Exchange's Listing Rules
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua an advantage
- Able to work with common PC software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager
