Responsibilities:
1. Develop treasury investment guidelines and hedging policies, set the operating limits, monitor the treasury operation under the policies and limits, and analyze the performance of treasury activities
2. Develop risk models to measure and monitor the risk profile of the treasury activities
3. Manage the liquidit portfolio and the investment portfolio run by the Tresurer
4. Monitor the operation of the transfer pricin mechanism
5. Analyze the interest rate risk and liquidity risk of treasury products
Requirements:
1. University graduate major in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines, preferably with the designation of CFA or FRM
2. More than 3 years experience in the banking sector (experience in treasury operation, risk management or financial analysis is an advantage)
3. Sound knowledge of financial products and risk management techniques is preferable
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
5. Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
6. Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative
Candidates meeting requirements 1 and 3 but having less experience may also be considered.
