Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales, you will be responsible for leading a professional sales team in achieving team goals through proactive solication of mortgage business from solicitor firms, your main job responsibilities will be:
- Supervise a team of Mortgage Sales Managers/ Officers to acquire mortgage business in order to contribute to the Bank's profitability
- Drive new initatives that improve staff productivity, efficiency and morale
- Improve customer satisfaction through enhancement of sales process, selling techniques and credit knowledge
- Implement programmes to enhance compliance standard to regulatory requirements
- Maintain the team's enthusiasm and sales drive
To meet the challenge, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A minimum of 10 years' sales and marketing experience in the financial industry, preferably gained from the mortgage business field
- Good property market sense
- Sound knowledge on loan system, consumer lending and knowledge on corporate lending a plus
- Able to understand legal documents
- Strong sales drive and able to perform shift duty
- Capable of handling sophisticated customers
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and project management skills
- Good written and spoken English
