The Position
Reporting to the head of Corporate Human Resources, your role is a specialist in HR issues related to compensation and benefits, working indpendently on compensation surveys and analysis, and development of remuneration programs and corporate policies. The scope will cover the Bank's business in commercial and investment banking in the Greater China region.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience in developing compensation and corporate policies preferably in the banking industry and / or with professional consultancy comapnies. You will be a confident individual who is a self-starter with strong analytical skill and organizational and planning skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese and good writing skills are essential. The corporate rank of this position is dependent on the selected candidate's profile.
