CORPORATE BANKING - LOAN AGENCY
DBS Bank is among active arrangers for syndicated loans in the region. Being an officer in our Loan Agency Section with Corporate Banking, your responsibility is to ensure the correctness and compliance of all the terms and conditions of loan facilities in which DBS is the agent bank. You are also required to review documentation of syndicated loan facilities and ensure full compliance of loan agreements as an agent.
Requirements
- Preferably degree holder in Economics, Banking, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years' experience in loan agency work
- Good knowledge in banking procedures pertaining to loan agency work, with knowledge in accounting principles and syndicated loan documentation
- Customer focus with good communication and interpersonal skills
