Working with the Manager, you will implement and coordinate policies and procedures and execute day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of community and summer programs. This position focuses mainly with sports programs and includes facilities scheduling, staff hiring and training, programs marketing, vendor management, budgeting and reporting & analysis. Candidate MUST have 3 yrs relevant experience implementing and coordinating school programs. A degree or equivalent in Education or Physical Education along with youth sports coashing, sports league management and first aid training would be an advantage.
