Reporting to the Finance Director of Asia, you will assist senior management in the Region in planning & analysis activites as well as strategically manage the growth of Company's diverse portfolio of brands and business in Asia, and improve financial operating performance. Based in HK with 25% travel within Asia, the role would be ideal for someone with strong financial modeling and analysis skills, combined with a developed business sense, real hands-on exposure to strengthen and build international brands.
Key responsibilities: Business Decision Support - conduct value-adding analyses for existing or new business. Projects may include pricing/margin analyses, feasibility studies, and business process redeisgn. Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting - coordinate, consolidate, and alalyze 3-year Strategic Plans, Annual Operting Plans and quarterly/monthly forecasts for the region. Recommend and implement improvements in the planning of the markets and the specifics of the business units' performance as well as the ability to drive process improvements throughout the organization.
You will hold a Business/Economics/Accounting degree, a MBA or CPA a plus but not a must, and have 7 + years of finance and planning experience with a multinational company (consumer products experience an advantage). A high level of initiative and independence as well as strong analytical, communication skills and interpersonal skills are prerequisites. Excellent command of English is essential and Mandarin will be a plus.
