The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth of a medical product sold in both consumer (retail trade) and professional (hospitals & clinics) channels. He/she should maintain a good understanding of market needs and develop long-term positive customer relationship to build customer loyalty and confidence in J&J as the preferred supplier. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm and determination to achieve sales targets and personal goals. The following attibutes are also essential.
Requirements:
- University graduate preferably a science degree holder
- 2-3 years experience (selling experience to health care professionals preferred but not essential)
- Aggressive, hard working, confident and willing to take challenges
- Willing to presevere with responsibilities, identify opportunities, anticipate problems and take action
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
