- 15 years of post-qualification BPR or process improvement exp.
- Including 7 yrs in supply chain management or procrement related projects
- Exp. in BPR projects with the Government of the HKSAR is a MUST
- Good university degree (preferably with a good MBA or master degree)
- Indepdent, strong leadership skills, willing to work under pressure, resourceful and good planning skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
