| LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OFFICER (Ref:LCO-N) |

We are a well-established lcoal bank well-known for our prudent policy and sincere service. Our bank is now inviting high caliber candidate to fill the following position:
Responsiblities:
- To assist in managing the legal & compliance function of the bank
- To provide legal advice on all legal compliance and regulatory aspects of banking
- To draft and review legal documents for the bank
- To liaise with regulatory authorities and professional firms
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Law
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 3 years' working experience in legal firm, exposure in legal & compliance matters of commercial banking an advantage
- Familiar with HK financial service sector
- Good command of both English and Chinese
Salary and job grade will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
