Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for property project management including development fesibility, contract administration, consultants managements, government departments liaision and buildings handover
Requirements:
- University degree in Architecture, Surveying, Building Studies or equivalent plus professional qualifications in HKIA/HKIS (Building Surveying)
- At least 5 years' experience in property development gained from developers/major consultants
- Sound knowledge of property development process and local building regulations/ordinance
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Pleasant, dedicated and hardworking
