- University graduate or equivalent, preferably is Sales and Marketing or business management
- Must have a proven, track record in managing and leading a direct sales and marketing team
- Aggressive, smart, outgoing and result oriented with positive working attitude
- At least 7 years sales experience adn management level in advertising industry
- Strong marketing and advertising sense in business development and sales of complex solutions and projects
- Observe competitors development, provide strategic adjustment to corporate sales and marketing function and activities in the market
- Strong business acumen with outstanding leadership qualities and client contact of famous and global brands
